Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalised items (e.g., custom name frames) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business daysdepending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
